The Advocate helps people to obtain and resolve disputes around health and social care services, offering services in English, Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi; all of which are free, independent and confidential.
One of the aims of Aapna Services is: “To ensure that individuals do not suffer through ignorance of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available, or through an inability to express their needs effectively.”
